       pool all agents draw from to show buyers what's on the market. Our MLS gives us the ability to

       submit 14 photos. Many agents think they can get by with a few photos.  Why not choose      

       an agent that goes above and beyond by using ALL 14 and creates a website for every

       property with multiple photos and community information and also includes virtual tours and

       state of the art flyers as a standard service?

4.  Honest advice

      This is an agent who is willing to possibly disappoint you by quoting you a lower price than you

        had in mind due to the competition of selling prices in your neighborhood. A good agent

        won't sugar coat the market realities.  Keep in mind that we are in a Buyer's Market .
